Which Windows Are Suitable for a Chain Actuator?
As a general guideline, an electric chain window actuator is often suitable when the window sash is no more than approximately 1 metre high and 1.5 metres wide. Window dimensions alone are not enough to determine the correct actuator. The sash weight, opening direction, wind load, required opening angle and installation position must also be considered. Larger or heavier windows may require a higher-force actuator or an electric spindle window actuator.
