Important Notes & Return Policy
- For windows fitted with insect screens, we recommend fixing the outer sash and operating the inner sash to avoid mechanical interference and keep insects out.
- The included adhesive is sufficient for two installations. Use approximately half the tube per installation to ensure proper curing and correct alignment.
- Allow adequate curing time. For some frame materials, extend curing time to 24 hours and secure with tape if necessary before normal use.
- Always test fit and simulate operation before applying adhesive. We recommend reviewing the installation video for guidance.
- For indoor use only. Do not install on the exterior side of high-rise windows. This product is not waterproof.
- Returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Products installed with adhesive are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold.
